Hours & Rates

Although the listed hours are our standard hours.  Additional hours are added based upon training teams needs. 

Personal Training and Group Training hours are determined by coaches/instructors and appointments and can be outside normal open gym hours. 

If you are not a member or wish to have a day pass you must email for an appointment 24 hours in advance (cash only): lombardstrength@gmail.com

Monday – Friday:  9am – noon and 4pm – 9pm

Saturday: 9am – 1pm

Sunday: 9am – 1pm
